Victoria Justice at the Jingle Bell Ball Pics
Detected on KIIS-FM Jingle Ball 2010 last night December 5. The "victorious" actress looked stunning as she sat on the red carpet at the Nokia Theater LA Live in a black and blue dress with black stockings and black high heels. Victoria was with a number of other top-name celebrities, including Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, and Hayley Williams. And Miss Justice was more than just a casual observer of the holiday event she also addressed the role of presenter.
