Justin Bieber out at Fountain Studios Photos
The "B" hitmaker appeared to be in a good mood when he went to the locale for an appearance on the popular British talent show "X Factor". Before heading across the pond, made a campaign stop Justin on Friday (November 26) to promote his biography "Justin Bieber: First Step to Forever" with New York's Barnes & Noble store.
